Cactus Water Punch


Ingredients (serves 4): 
1 cup of Caliwater 
1 cup raspberry lemonade
1 cup prosecco 
Raspberries for garnish

Directions: 
Before you start make sure all of your ingredients are chilled. Pour Caliwater, raspberry lemonade, and prosecco in a small pitcher or measuring cup. Stir well and divide between 4 flutes. Garnish with fresh raspberries. 

This recipe was inspired by this coconut water and champagne punch. I really liked the concept of this cocktail but, as I've discussed here before I just can't stomach the taste coconut water as much as I want to like it. it. I decided to switch out the coconut water for Caliwater because I like it much better and it is still very hydrating and full of electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. I swapped out the fruit juice for raspberry lemonade, and the champagne for prosecco because it was just what I had chilled. Feel free to use champagne if you prefer it will come out the same. This is a really light cocktail that would be great for Valentine's Day or brunch!
