I Can Wear Heels Again: My New Favorite Pumps

You all know I have notoriously fussy feet. I have discussed it on here many times. I used to wear 6-inch heels on a daily basis. It got to a point where I couldn't tolerate them anymore and all my heels just sat in my closet. Since my foot surgeries I tried to put heels on a few times and before I even took a step, my feet would be screaming at me. They immediately came off. More recently, I had actually donated all of the heels that were just sitting in my closet. I had come to terms with the fact that I probably wouldn't be able to wear heels ever again and decided to just let them go.

Then, Rockport sent me their Total Motion Pump. I put them on, and initially noticed that they didn't hurt the scars on the sides of my feet. As I cautiously started walking around I was pleasantly surprised; it felt like I was walking on little pillows. The shoes have this wonderful cushioning that is extremely shock absorbent. I wanted to yell from mountain tops how comfortable these were. I even texted my girl from Seersucker Sass and said, "You're never going to believe it! I found heels that don't hurt my feet!" I can't wait to get them really broken in, then they'll be even more comfortable. They come in a bunch of colors and a rounded toe version. I love this "Ice Blue" color for spring, but I'll definitely be picking them up in nude and black as well!

  4. Love those! I also went from wearing heels all the time to practically never at all. I love flats, but have recently picked up a few sandals with a 2 inch heel and couldn't be happier! I'm still the shortest in the group, but at least I'm comfortable! :)
