Vanilla Pear Fizz

I have another cocktail recipe for you guys today! This is a great one to serve at all of your holiday festivities. I wanted to mix up something that was different than the usual holiday cocktails with cranberry or mint flavors. It also ended up coming out a really beautiful gold color which is perfect for this time of year. Feel free to play around with the proportions of this drink depending on how sweet you like your cocktails.

Vanilla Pear Fizz
Pour equal parts Liquor 43, also known as Cuarenta y Tres, and pear juice into a flute. I used about a half an ounce of each. Fill the flute the rest of the way with champagne or your favorite sparkling wine. This tastes best when all the ingredients are chilled prior to serving. Enjoy responsibly!
