Apple Picking

What I'm Wearing:

Dress: All For Color c/o

I have been fighting a cold for about a week now, but I'm finally starting to feel a little better. We threw a surprise party for one of my friend's on Saturday, which was a lot of fun. My friends from high school are still some of my best friends. We are bit scattered around now so it's hard to get all of us together at once, so it was nice to spend time together. Then on Sunday we went apple picking at Roberts' Hillside Orchard. They have several varieties of apples as well as peaches, raspberries, and blackberries. They do pick-your-own for everything but the peaches, which you can purchase in their store. It's a beautiful orchard to wander through on a fall afternoon. The weather was absolutely gorgeous. I think we are headed to the Big E tonight, which is a pretty big local fair. I'm hoping these clouds disperse so the sun can peak through. It's supposed to rain the rest of the week. How was your weekend? What did you guys do? Let me know down in the comments.

    1. I'd definitely recommend it. It's very low key and in the most beautiful little town, where I actually grew up.

  4. We picked apples from trees at our cabin here on the mountain the week before last. Have you decided what you will do with all of yours yet? We still have bags of them that we need to sauce and dehydrate for apple schnitz. Glad you are feeling better.

  5. I'm probably not going to be able to go apple picking for a few more weeks and I'm hoping everything won't be picked over by then. You look beautiful in that dress.
